Earthwork in Tankardstown

Tankardstown holds a small unenclosed graveyard where low earthworks still mark the south and west of the church. They are not grand, but they are present: shallow ridges, perhaps old trenches, perhaps buried beds, perhaps the remains of people who trusted the ground to remember them.
