Furnace in Taduff East is a furnace in Taduff East, County Roscommon, Ireland. Archaeological excavation during 2007 as part of the Athlone to Ballinasloe N6 road development revealed four furnaces within thirty-five square metres on a slight west-facing slope. The pits contained metal slag and charcoal, while carbon dating placed activity between the late thirteenth and seventeenth centuries.

On a slight W-facing slope. Archaeological excavation during 2007 as part of the Athlone to Ballinasloe N6 road development revealed a concentration of four furnaces in a small area (c. 35 sq. m). These consisted of pits (diam. 1m-1.45m; D 0.2m) with three deposits including metal slag and charcoal. Rake-out pits were also present. Four C14 dates ranged between cal. AD 1296-1401 to cal.
