What is recorded here

Two roundwoods and some light brushwood (L 1.17m; Wth 1.18m; D 0.09m) orientated approximately N-S. The upper portions of the deposit are partially degraded by milling and exposure. The roundwoods (diam. 0.07-0.085m) are very fragmented with a degraded chisel point on the end of one of the larger elements. The site is located in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with some fibrous remains. SMR WM039-353---- is located 4m to the SW and a leather shoe (92E148:72) was recovered 2.5m to the W.
