Standing stone in Gortroe (bantry By.) is a 1.1m tall, 0.9m wide, 0.18m deep, NE-SW oriented stone in pasture, with a cairn immediately north. It may have marked a boundary, a burial, a meeting place or a warning about the land. People may have touched it, passed it or left offerings beside the cairn.

In pasture. This standing stone (0.9m x 0.18m; H 1.1m) is orientated NE-SW. A cairn (CO105-062----) lies immediately N of the standing stone.
