What is recorded here

Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Roxborough, County Roscommon, Ireland. The 1837 Ordnance Survey map marked an oval embanked enclosure measuring about 65 metres north-south and 40 metres east-west on a gentle south-southeast-facing slope. Two other raths stand nearby, one 170 metres west and the other 110 metres north, but the enclosure itself has vanished from ground level in the pasture.
