What is recorded here
The site (L 0.73m min.; Wth 0.48m; D 0.09m) consists of a compact deposit of roundwoods (diam. 0.07-0.095m) and a piece of light brushwood. The pieces are parallel and orientated NW-SE, however, the overall site orientation remains uncertain. There is no evidence for woodworking. The wood is in poor condition, largely due to machine disturbance. The site is located in poorly humified Sphagnum and Eriophorum peat containing fibrous roots.
