What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Longford, a thirty-eight-metre circle of earth and stone on a western slope where the entrance has vanished entirely. The bank rises a metre in places and drops into a shallow ditch elsewhere, suggesting a boundary drawn for keeping out rather than showing in. Cattle still graze the inside, unaware they move through a chamber built for something that does not breathe.

On a W-facing slope in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 38m) enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone (Wth 5.3-6m; H 0.55-1.1m) from NNE-NE and from SSE-S-WNW and elsewhere defined by a scarp (H 0.3-2.1m).
