Indicated

In undulating pasture, on top of a NE-SW ridge. A circular area enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.9m) with traces of a possible internal fosse (Wth c. 1.5m) evident NNW-SE. The overall diameter is 23.2m E-W. The bank is uniform, overgrown with hawthorn bushes and incorporated into a field boundary SSE-SSW. The interior is a low flattened dome-shape with gently sloping sides most clearly defined W-SE. Field boundaries lie immediately to the E of the barrow and there is a steep slope immediately to E and S.
