Fairy fort in Rathfilode, County Cork. Earthen ringfort on a south-facing slope, recorded in the 1842 map as a 40-metre enclosure cut by a road. The field fence still follows its vanished line, and another ringfort sits one hundred and forty metres away. The fort has been levelled, but the fence remembers the shape of the place.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as enclosure truncated on NE side by NW-SE road (c. 40m NW-SE). Levelled; no visible surface trace. Field fence to SE respects line of enclosure. Ringfort (CO064-019---) in same field c. 140m to SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
