Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. The façade is finished in unpainted lined render, whilst the pitched roof is slated and has rendered chimneystacks. The entrance consists of a recessed replacement timber and glazed door and the flat-headed windows have two over two timber sash frames. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The property has a street frontage.
Well-preserved relatively modest c.1860s terraced house which contributes to the 19th-century aspect of Brewery Lane.
