Holed stone in Priorstate marks a grave in County Louth, Ireland. Its pierced surface turns an ordinary marker into a small chamber for memory, inviting people to imagine who lived, died and was remembered there. The stone still stands in the graveyard, keeping that absent life visible through a simple opening.
