What is recorded here

Indicated is a subrectangular stone cashel on the N-facing slope of a N-S ridge in the Caher valley, County Clare. Roughly twenty-six metres wide and twenty-five metres deep, it stands in rough pasture where the wall still holds its shape. A fairy fort by local story, it may have been a human stronghold before becoming a place for wonder.
