Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c.1810, retaining early fenestration. Reroofed, pre-1999, with dormer attic added. One of a pair. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, concrete ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, rendered coping to party wall, replacement square rooflight, pre-1999, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with stone sills. 1/1 and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with chamfered reveals, and glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An attractive small-scale house, built as one of a pair, retaining most of its original form and massing, together with important salient features and materials, which enhance the historic character of the site. The house, together with the second in the pair (22807026/WD-18-07-26), forms an attractive feature in the streetscape.
