Marked faintly as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 50m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated in pasture on a slight ridge in a lowlying landscape with a pond adjacent, it is not visible at ground level. The location of this site may be a map misrepresentation of a nearby ringfort (WA002-025----), immediately to the NW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
