What is recorded here
Five closely set pieces of brushwood and some twigs in the drain face (Wth 0.12m; D 0.1m). The wood is in good condition and branch-trimming is noted on some of the pieces. The site is set in a layer of moderately humified Sphagnum peat with some Eriophorum and ericaceous roots. SMR WM039-356---- is located in the same peat layer 0.15m above this site. SMR WM039-215----, the most S of ten closely situated sites, is located 3m to the NE.
