What is recorded here
Detached three-bay two-storey rendered house, built c.1920. Segmental-arched openings with moulded architraves, stone sills, and replacement timber sash windows. Timber panelled door. Hipped tile roof with rendered chimneystacks. Two-storey modern extension to rear. Set within its own grounds.
This early twentieth-century house is well-proportioned and makes a positive contribution to the streetscape. The render decorative detailing, apparent in the openings surrounds and quoins enhance this otherwise unadorned house.
