Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1900, probably incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site. One of a group of four. Pitched (shared) artificial slate roof with clay or terracotta ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Roughcast walls on rendered base with rendered strips to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills (no sill to ground floor), rendered surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with step supporting padstones, rendered surround, and glazed timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An amiable house of small to modest size built as one of an ensemble of four houses (with 15605215, 217) probably having origins in earlier ranges indicated on archival editions of the Ordnance Survey. Having been well maintained, the house continues to present an early aspect with most of the original fabric surviving in place, thus upholding the status as an important contributing factor in the streetscape aesthetic of Michael Street.
