What is recorded here
According to O’Kelly (1969, 71), ‘Thre is a moat and Ráithín and Ráth an uisce are two small raths’. The moat appears to refer to the moated site (KK024-027----) which straddles Neigham and Bramblestown townlands. There are no other ‘raths’ identified in this townland. The ‘raths’ (also recorded as KK024-092---*) mentioned by O’Kelly (ibid.) are unlocated within Neigham townland.
