Multivallate enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrowkeel (frenchpark By., Breedoge Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It sits on an east-west ridge and contains a circular overgrown platform surrounded by two earthen banks and two fosses. A drainage ditch circumscribes the outer bank from the west to the northeast, while no visible entrance breaks the structure. Rath (RO009-041----) lies about 190 metres to the southeast on the south side of an east-west stream.
On top of an E-W ridge. Circular overgrown platform (diam. 29m; H 1.5-2.1m) separated by a fosse (Wth of base 6-6.3m; D 1.2-1.35m) from an earthen bank (Wth 5.2-6.7m; ext. H 1.5-1.8m), which is separated by a second fosse (Wth of base 3.7-4m; D 0.8-1.3m) from an outer bank (Wth 4.8-5.2m; H 1-1.5m). There is no visible entrance, and a drainage ditch circumscribes the outer bank W-NE (max. ext. diam. c. 65m). Rath (RO009-041----) is c. 190m to the SE, on the S side of an E-W stream.
