What is recorded here

A single piece of unworked brushwood exposed on the field surface. The piece measured 0.59m long and 0.03m in diameter and lay within a former pool lined with algae and in raised bog peat. The brushwood was sampled for radiocarbon dating and wood species identification. (Bermingham 2014) Compiled by: David O’Connor Date of upload: 21 November 2014
