Man-made underground passage in Mount Temple is a man-made underground passage in Mount Temple, County Sligo, Ireland. It lies on the southwest side inside Mount Temple rath. A roughly rectangular U-shaped depression stretches seven metres from north-northeast to south-southwest, measures four metres wide at the top, one point four metres wide at the base and descends half a metre. These dimensions may indicate the presence of a man-made underground passage.
Located on the SW side of the interior of Mount Temple rath (SL005-011001-). A roughly rectangular U-shaped depression (L NNE-WSW 7m; Wth top 4m; Wth base 1.4m; D 0.5m) may indicate the presence of a Man-made underground passage. Compiled by: Patrick F. O'Donovan Date of upload: 21 April 2011
