What is recorded here

The fairy fort or stone ringfort in Mount Temple is in County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies good pasture with views to the north, south and west. A ruined wall encloses a raised circular area about nineteen metres across, touches a stream on the northeast side and leaves no visible entrance. The interior slopes from west to east, while a possible fosse marks the northeast edge.
In good pasture with views to N-S-W. Raised circular area (int. diam. 19m N-S) enclosed by a ruined wall which adjoins a stream on the NE side. Interior slopes W-E. Possible indication of a fosse on the NNE. No indication of entrance. Compiled by: Patrick F. O'Donovan Date of upload: 02 April 2013
