What is recorded here

Moorock in County Offaly still carries a cave tradition recorded during the OS Field Name Books 1837-40, though no entrance has since been identified. The passage may have been a hidden route, a seasonal shelter or a forgotten work of human hands. Its absence from modern view does not erase it; it simply returns the story to the land, waiting for someone to stop asking whether it exists and begin listening for the shape of what was lost.
