Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof and rendered chimneystacks. Smooth and roughcast render to walls with sill course to first floor. Timber sash windows with sills. Replacement timber door with overlight. House fronts directly onto street.

This house exhibits simple design elements and well-executed features, which contribute positively to the streetscape. Such features including the two-over-two timber sash windows with convex horns were commonly installed during the mid-nineteenth century, and are good examples of Victorian joinery.
