In marshy ground. Kidney-shaped mound of burnt material (11.5m x 8.3m; H 0.25m); opening (Wth 4m) faces SSW. Mound dry and grass-covered in contrast to surrounding land. Second fulacht fiadh (11453) c. 50m to SE.
