Hut site in Mangerton

In rough hill pasture, on the W bank of the Kealgorm River, on the S-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain. The remains of an oval hut site (diam. 2.6m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.8m) which protrudes above the surface of the bog. The S portion of the interior is raised (H 0.3m) and the N portion is cut (D 0.8m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope.
