Rooves More hides a man-made underground passage in the centre of a possible ringfort. Local information claims collapse occurred and the gap was infilled, erasing every visible surface trace. The passage may have served the ringfort as a retreat, storage or secret route, but it has vanished so completely that only memory and a buried shape remain to mark it.
