Man-made underground passage in Glannoge

In pasture. Discovered in 1987 when ground collapsed; cavity revealed narrow lintelled opening leading to N end of single subrectangular chamber (L 2.45m; Wth 1.6m; H 0.8m; long axis NE-SW). Chamber roofed by single roughly-rectangular capstone supported at each corner by upright stone. Rough stone walling blocks S end but side walls earth-cut. Stone and possible lintel slabs around area of collapse may indicate that it is part of a larger passage or chamber.
