No. The facts contain no underground passage. They contain a chamber with three depressions that may indicate a collapsed passage. They do not contain a finished passage, a tunnel length, a chamber size or a visible entrance. I will not invent those details.

In ringfort (CO030-106---). Three depressions (diam. 2m; D 0.2m), close to bank on W side of interior, may indicate collapsed Man-made underground passage chambers.
