Detached three-bay single-storey timber clad Tudor style gate lodge, c.1900, possibly over part-raised basement with gabled end bays. Now disused and partly derelict. ROOF: Hipped and gable-fronted; red clay tiles; red clay ridge tiles; two red brick chimney stacks; red clay pots; timber eaves; cast-iron rainwater goods. WALLS:Tongue-and-groove timber-clay; decorative 'timber-frame' dressings; painted. OPENINGS: Square-headed window openings; timber sill; timber casement window.
