Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lugateane, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies an oval overgrown area towards the bottom of an east-facing slope. A wide earthen bank and outer fosse define most of the perimeter, although a scarp replaces the bank elsewhere and a field drain has re-cut the fosse. No visible entrance remains, and another rath lies about 110 metres to the northeast.

Towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Oval overgrown area (diam. 38m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.5m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1-1.7m) and an outer fosse (Wth of base 2.8m generally to 4.4m at E; D 0.15m at E to 0.7m at S) E-S-NNW, but the perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.8m) elsewhere and the fosse is re-cut as a field drain SW-NW.
