What is recorded here

Indicated is a crannog in Lough Arrow, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the southeast corner of the triangular lough, sitting eighty-five metres from the south shore and one hundred and ten metres from the east shore. The site consists of a circular stoney mound ten metres across and half a metre high that remains largely submerged. No timber features or artificial construction appear on the mound.

In the SE corner of triangular Lough Arrow (dims c. 2.5km NE-SW; c. 6.5km NW-SE), c. 85m from the S shore where the possible motte (RO003-022----) is and c. 110m from the E shore where fortified house (RO003-012001-) is situated.
