Terraced three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, built c. 1900, as a pair with the adjoining house. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron gutter and downpipe. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walls. Painted concrete sills to timber two-over-one and two-over-two pane sliding sash windows. Square-headed doorway with plinth blocks. Flush timber door with overlight and limestone step. Street frontage.
