Mound in Lisnaneane is a mound in Lisnaneane, County Roscommon, Ireland. It is an oval grass-covered mound measuring twenty-seven metres wide and thirteen point six metres across, reaching two metres high at the west. The mound sits on the southwest shore of Lough Rogers, while a crannog lies two hundred metres to the north-northeast.
Marked on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the SW shore of the subrectangular Lough Rogers (dims c. 270m NW-SE; c. 180m NE-SW). Oval grass-covered mound (dims 27m WNW-ESE; 13.6m ENE-SSW; max. H 2m at W). Crannog (RO022-126----) is c. 200m to the NNE. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
