Terraced four-bay single-storey house, c.1860, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, c.1960. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1960, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A well-proportioned, modest-scale house that retains its original form and massing, together with most of the original fabric, and which contributes to the streetscape value of Church Lane.
