Situated on a slight SE facing slope surrounded by gently undulating land with extensive views to the E, S & W. The interior of a ringfort (WM003-040---) is subdivided by low earthen banks. The outline of a possible rectangular house (WM003-040001-) is visible in the centre of the ringfort with a second, smaller rectangular house adjoining the bank on the S side.
