Structure

Twelve pieces of brushwood at the base of a drain. It is not possible to identify the original position of the site. One piece shows evidence for woodworking. Wood species include hazel, alder and oak. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1996. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
