Standing stone in Knockyoolahan East is a standing stone in Knockyoolahan East, County Waterford, Ireland. It sits close to the shore at the bottom of a steep south-facing slope. Ryland recorded in 1824 that a nearby stone resembling a human form had been thrown into the sea, though it may have been recovered and re-erected. Local tradition holds that this spot is where Fionn Mac Cumhail was killed and bears an imprint of his hands and knees.

Situated close to the shore at the bottom of a steep S-facingl slope. Ryland (1824, 303) descirbed a stone close to the estuary of the Dalligan River, c. 350m to the E, that resembled a human form and was venerated as a saint, but it had been thrown into the sea. It may have been recovered and re-erected as it is described as the place where Fionn Mac Cumhail was killed and bore an imprint of his hands and knees (Fitzgerald 1858, ). There is a record from the 1930s (NMI file) of a stone set into a road wall in the same vicinity with hollows to fit the shoulder-blades. This stone cured back-ache, but is not now evident.
