Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Knockaun is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Knockaun, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies rough poorly drained pasture at the base of a south-facing slope and on the north bank of a stream. A circular area measures twenty-three metres east-west and twenty-one metres north-south, bounded by an earthen bank and a scarp. The stream flows along the base of the heavily denuded scarp along the southern arc, while a band of rushes probably marks a silted-up external fosse.

H 0.5m) W-E and by a scarp (H 1.4m) E-W. The stream flows along the base of the heavily denuded scarp along the S arc. A band of rushes (Wth 2m) probably indicates the line of a silted-up external fosse W-E. The interior slopes down from N to S.
