Oval spread of burnt material (c. 23m N-S; 15.7m E-W). Second fulacht fiadh (15269) 11m to E; third (15270) c. 60m to SSW; fourth (15271) c. 120m to SSW. Possibly one of four fulachta fiadh recorded by Bowman (1934, 381) (see 15264). (O'Shaughnessy 1997) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
