Terraced single-bay two-storey house, built c. 1875, as a pair with the adjoining house. Now derelict. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles and steel gutter. Textured rendered walls with render plinth. Painted sills and render reveals to timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows. Timber vertically-boarded door. Street frontage.
