Killaclare is a man-made underground passage hidden beneath a cashel in County Mayo, Ireland. Local tradition claims the cave still exists, yet no entrance, shadow or break in the ground gives it away. The cashel keeps its own secret, waiting for someone to stop trusting the surface and listen for the hollow sound beneath their feet.
