Rectangular area enclosed on three sides by earthen, stone-faced bank (H 1.6m) incorporated into field fence, and by slight ridge on E. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
