What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular stone wall in Mid Cork pasture, twenty-six metres across and little higher than the fences around it. Conifers crowd the inside now, blocking the view and perhaps hiding the reason the ring was built. The stones may have marked a home, a boundary or a warning, but the trees have swallowed that answer.

In pasture. Circular area (diam. 26m) defined by stone wall (H 1.2m), similar to surrounding field fences. Interior planted with coniferous trees.
