Faunarooska holds a nine-metre circular scar where human hands first folded earth and stone into a living boundary. The bank still stands seventy centimetres high inside, shading a floor that drops eastward beneath whitethorns. Rubble heaps against its northern face like a forgotten gesture, while an enclosure waits sixty metres away through grass that has long since swallowed the path between them.

In improved pasture c. 50m SE of the Rathborney River, within a multiperiod field system (CL005-014001-). A sub-circular hut site (diam. 9.8m) is defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 0.3m). Rubble is heaped against the exterior of the bank from N to ENE and the ground outside to the N may have been disturbed. The interior slopes down steeply towards the E and contains whitethorns. An enclosure (CL005-014007-) is located c. 60m NW.
