What is recorded here
One of five houses (with CO064-156004-, CO064-157----, CO064-159----, CO064-160----) uncovered by archaeological excavation, which formed a small post-medieval settlement built on the site of a medieval moated site (CO064-156001-). This house was located 8m to the S of the moated site. The excavation uncovered the presence of a hearth but it was impossible to conclusively establish the location of its walls.
