Repointed coursed rubble granite walls with ball finial-topped cut-granite coping including ball finial-topped cut-granite coping (top tier) centred on cut-granite bellcote framing embossed cast-iron bell. Square-headed gateways centred on segmental-headed gateway with repointed granite ashlar voussoirs centred on cut-granite keystone framing wrought iron double gates. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Saint Anne's Catholic Church.
An eye-catching ""Triumphal Gateway"" forming part of a neat self-contained group alongside Saint Anne's Catholic Church (see 15701819) with the resulting ensemble making a pleasing visual statement in a rural village street scene.
