Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 45m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated at the N edge of a low plateau on the S side of the E-W Clodiagh River with the river c. 450m to the N. Slightly dished, grass-covered circular area (diam. 28m) defined by a slight scarp. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
