Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Gorteen (fartullagh By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Gorteen (fartullagh By.), County Westmeath, Ireland. Situated at the north end of a north-south ridge with good views of the surrounding countryside, its impressive hilltop siting and high raised interior might suggest a high status ringfort. Present remains consist of a raised circular-shaped platform, 45 metres north-northeast to south-southwest and 32 metres west-northwest to east-southeast, defined by a bank mainly reduced to a scarp with an enclosing deep, wide fosse and an external bank which may be a later enclosing field boundary. A possible causewayed entrance gap at the east-northeast, 1.7 to 6.4 metres wide, has been widened by livestock.

Present remains consist of a raised circular-shaped platform (diam. 45m NNE-SSW; 32m WNW-ESE) defined by a bank mainly reduced to a scarp with enclosing deep, wide fosse and external bank which may be a later enclosing field boundary.
