What is recorded here

End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, c.1890, on a corner site with single-bay two-storey side elevation to east. Reroofed and refenestrated, c.1990. One of a group of two. Hipped (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1990, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast wall to front (north) elevation with rendered quoins to corner, and unpainted rendered wall to side (east) elevation. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
A pleasant house of modest-form and appearance, built as one of a group of two (with 22821164/WD-31-21-164), and which contributes to the character of the streetscape. However, inappropriate replacement fittings to the openings have not had a positive impact on the external expression of the composition.
